Rev. Dr. Adrian C. Hendricks, II

Rev. Dr. Adrian Hendricks II is a pastor, educator, researcher, and leadership mentor who has created and led initiatives for business leaders, fathers, and minority youth across Missouri. He pastors Joshua House Church and founded The Center for Change and Community Life, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on community organizing and collaboration. He has worked with approximately 650 schools serving youth ages 8–24, managed over 1.7 million dollars in federally funded grant programs, and authored “Haterproof – Developing a Haterproof Mindset.” Dr. Hendricks holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Divinity, and is completing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership while maintaining numerous certifications in coaching, leadership, and youth development.
